- Come into the office to sign the agreement, pay your deposit, and secure your date
- Bring final payment to the office and pick up your key the week of your event
- Return key to the office on the first business day following your event
Renters are responsible for cleaning the facility following their event and leaving it ready for the next guest. A cleaning checklist is provided when picking up the key and is also posted in The Gathering Place.
